Family and Agency Agreement/Understanding

All personal consumer information submitted through this web site will be held
confidential within the company

1. Let me do that! agrees to make its best effort to locate temporary child
caregivers for clients’ child care needs on an as requested basis.
2. Client agrees to pay Caregiver directly for services rendered at least
$10.00 per hour for 1 child and
$2.00 per additional child per hour. $10/hr-$50/hr is a standard range for
temporary care of 1 child.
3. Client agrees to pay Caregiver a transportation fee of $12.00.
4. Client understands that an agency fee will be charged to their credit card for
every caregiver assignment (3 hour minimum per visit).
5. Client agrees to pay agency an application fee of $150 for long-term
assignments.
6. Client agrees to pay agency a placement fee of $300 for long-term
placements.
7. Client understands that the services provided by all caregivers associated
with Let me do that! must be contracted through the Let me do that! office.
Client agrees that he/she will not hire or refer a Let me do that! Caregiver to a
third party without the consent of the Let me do that! office. Client further
understands that use of a Let me do that! Caregiver without arranging the visit
through the agency will result in a charge of $800 for liquidated damages.
Client further understands that Let me do that! will negotiate a reduced
placement fee if client wishes to hire a caregiver on a regular basis.
8. Client understands that all caregivers working with Let me do that! are
independent contractors and are not employees of Let me do that!. Client
understands that they are responsible for withholding and filing employment
taxes for that person.
9. Client agrees to forever indemnify, release and hold harmless Let me do
that!, its agents, employees and officers for any and all claims relating to
services provided by Caregivers.
