Agency Fees for Caregiver Coordination are paid for with Coupons. Once
purchased, Caregiver Coordination Coupons are non-refundable and are valid
for 12 months from the date of purchase. Coupons DO NOT include the hourly
wage or transportation fee which is paid directly to the caregiver at the time of
service (minimum of three hours).
