consent for a Let Me Do That! caregiver to supervise my child (ren) in the hotel
swimming pool, at the beach or in any other body of water. I understand that all
caregivers with Let Me Do That! are independent contractors and not
employees of Let Me Do That!. I understand that Let Me Do That! caregiver
does not hold a Red Cross Swimming Certification. I hereby release,
discharge and hold harmless Let Me Do That!, its employees, agents, officers
from and all claims to injury while my child (ren) are being supervised by a Let
Me Do That! caregiver while using the on site hotel swimming pool, at the
beach or in any other body of water.
